This illustrates the quality of operation that we pay for, due to the WDC contract ( anybody seen the contract ) that GIVES $12Million to ArmourGuard to buy the patrol vehicles and employ new staff ( the ones lacking the skill to understand the difference between Stationary and Moving )
My vehicle had the engine going, reverse selected and foot on the brake as i move rearward into taxi stand to clear vehicle in the front of my car.
Patrol car headlights are seen on rear of my car.

Clown Show Continues !
My car was stationary ( funnily enough ) while i used 2 ratchet tie downs to affix a sheet of ply to my roof racks - agent 154 sat in his vehicle, blocking the west bound lane entirely for the 15 mins i was locking the sheet of ply on the roof racks, so west bound traffic had to drive down the wrong side of the road to get past his double parked vehicle.
In stunning example of grammatical distortion, agent 154 deemed i was Parked WITHIN an intersection, but in the crowning lack of focus, that i was on the east side of the street, a street roughly running East/West.
My car was within the red circle on the aerial view, yet the infringement states " .. within an intersection ..." go figure.
Yet again i have to waste more time dealing with armourguard ineptitude as they continue to waste ratepayers monies.

WDC funded clown show continues - same infringement, same date, but now my car has miraculously shifted to a bus stop.
But wait - there is more;
After i had contested the first infringement notice, the return email adds 3 more transgressions to the already incromprehensible;

From the lower picture here, the give way triangle on the roadway is in the same location as the upper overview and well back from the white giveway line, where there is unobstructed vision of Kamo Rd.
More of my time wasted dealing with this ineptitude. Spot the BusStop!
